This research established a new rapid detection of aerobic bacterial count in milk technology,it could directly detected the trace carbon dioxide which is produced by microbial metabolism process in milk,indirectly quantity the aerobic bacterial count in milk.The method doesnt need consumption reagents,and the requirements on the determination environmental conditions are low and dont pollute the environment.After put the milk sample into the 37 ℃vater for 50 minutes preheating,put the milk samples into the detection equipment,detecting 38 minute,after the determination,the equipment will automatically stop and can directly output the aerobic bacterial count in the sample according to a specific conversion factor.
