Introduction: Isolated cortical vein thrombosis (ICoVT) is a rare condition representing approximately 6% of cerebral vein thromboses (CVT).However, missed, delayed or misdiagnosed of ICoVT are common because of its non-specific clinical presentation and confounding radiological findings.We here report a case of small isolated cortical vein thrombosis finally diagnosed by Susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) in a postnatal woman.
