Objective: The present study was designed to evaluate whether Kudiezi injection was beneficial for vascular endothelial cells after hypoxia injury and prove the role of PKC δ/MARCKS signal pathway on the vascular endothelial cells after hypoxia injury;Methods: Induce by CoCl2 establish human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) hypoxia injury model, and apply Kudiezi injection and PKCδ specific inhibitor Rottlerin to intervene.
