　　About 108 endophytic fungi were isolated from the medicinal plant, Artemisia argyi.Based on morphological characters, 43 representative isolates were selected for taxonomic characterization through phylogenetic analysis of their ITS rDNA sequences.The fungal isolates belonged to Ascomycota (88.4%) and Basidiomycota (11.6%).
