This paper mainly analyzes the reflection characteristics of Gaussian-laser pulse on the planar target with a slope angle.The transmitting pulse is divided into many concentric circles with corresponding divergences.When scattering on targets,the concentric circle change into an ellipse-like circle.Then we can figure out the time light returns to the detector and the echo signal from every point of ellipse-like circle.Summing up the echo signals with same time to get the relationship between the echo signal power with the slope angle.And it is proves that it is more accurate to get the distance through the maximum slope of rising edge on the transmitting pulse and the received waveform.
