Multi component reactions(MCR) product could generate various scaffold by sequent modification.[1-3] The diversity of those well-known backbones are added,better potential of those backbone are increased in the combinatorial and medicinal chemistry of MCRs and drug discovery.[4,5] This method is applied successfully in Mdm2/p53 interaction inhibitor design,synthesis and discovery.
