RNA-cleaving DNAzymes have been used as a tool for target detection and gene silencing under physiologic conditions over the last two decades.However, despite enormous progress has been made in this aspect, debate often arise on the activity of some important DNAzymes in biologic fluid matrices.To solve this confuse, new DNAzymes that are selected directly under physiologic fluid of application are required.
