The phyllosphere is the largest biointerface on the planet, and bacteria are the dominant microbial inhabitants of the phyllosphere, believed to be critical to plant growth and health. This study investigated the phyllospheric communities of four natural grass, abiotic and biotic factors in order to analyze phyllosphere bacterial community response to plant genotypes and soil properties,as well as the endophyte infection status in a copper tailings dam.
