将SP-2305型气相色谱仪的分离系统,改装为二维气相色谱分离系统,采用二维柱切割、浓缩与转化技术相结合,以φ2×500mm,40—60目TDX-01柱为预分离柱;以φ3×2500mm,30—50目5A分子筛柱和φ4×1000mm,60—80目TDX-02柱为主分离柱。TCD和FID串联式连接,一次进样可测定高纯氩中O_2、N_2、CO、CH_4、CO_2、C_2H_2、C_2H_4、C_2H_6八种杂质。取10升气体样浓缩,方法灵敏度:O_2、N_2为0.1PPm,碳氧化物和烃类杂质为0.003———0.03PPm。
