脐橙蜡质相关转录因子SHN1/WIN1基因的克隆及表达分析

  SHINE 家族转录因子是在拟南芥中第一个被鉴定的参与蜡质合成代谢途径的转录因子,在拟南芥蜡质合成过程中起了重要的作用。本研究从纽荷尔脐橙(WT)及“赣脐3 号”(MT)两种材料中克隆出脐橙SHINE 转录因子基因(SHN1/WIN1),并通过实时定量PCR 的方法检测在两个品种不同部位和不同发育期间SHN1/WIN1 基因的时空表达,从分子水平探讨了“赣脐3号”(SHN-MT)和纽荷尔脐橙(SHN-WT)之间的差异。
