2009年中国炼铁技术扭转了2008年生产指标下滑的趋势。全国重点钢铁企业高炉燃料比为519kg/t,比上年下降22kg/t,热风温度为1158℃,炼铁工序能耗为410.65kg/t,比上年下降21.48kg/t,入炉焦比为374kg/t,喷煤比为145kg/t等指标均创出历史最好水平。炼铁原燃料供应和质量的改善促进了炼铁技术进步。中国炼铁企业的技术发展不平衡,各企业之间生产指标差距较大,尚有年生产能力7500万吨的落后小高炉仍在生产,所以要加快淘汰落后装备的进程,以促进中国向炼铁强国迈进。
