　　The M2 protein of influenza A viruses forms a proton channel involved in pH regulation during infection.The use of M2 ion channel blockers amantadine and rimantadine is compounded by the rapid development of drug resistance.Here we used the whole-cell patch clamp technique to record the HEK293 cell lines,which successfully established a study model for stable expressing wild type and drug-resistant mutants M2 protein.
