感染的概念某种病原体克服人体的防御功能,侵犯或侵入机体的特定部位,并能在入侵处或其他部位生长繁殖,称为感染.感染过程开始后可以表现为不同的感染类型:(一)病原携带状态:(二)隐性感染:又称亚临床感染.此时病原体仅能引起宿主产生特异性免疫应答,不引起或只引起轻度的组织损失.
