The study of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging with fluorescein sodiumdyeing in surgeries

Objective: To explore the application of MR-DTI and fluorescein sodium dyeing(FLS) guiding technique in surgery of glioma located in brain motor functional area.Methods: Thirty-three patients were finally collected according to inclusion andexclusion criteria,including 16 patients in experimental group and 17 patients incontrol group.In experimental group,the surgical approach was designed by DTIimaging which showed the relationship between tumor and motor tract.And range ofresection in the operation was decided by the FLS-stained area,which were tumor andits infiltration tissue.And traditional routine method was used in control group.Thesurgical extent was evaluated by contrast MRI scanning within 3 postoperative days.
