家电设备广泛使用三防漆来保护线路板的集成电路及元器件免受外界环境的腐蚀。现使用的溶剂型三防漆含有可挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,简称VOCs),它是一类重要的污染源,对环境造成了极大破坏,也严重威胁着人类的健康。在国家环保政策的强制要求下,水性三防漆因不含VOCs 越来越受到企业和公众的欢迎,并逐步取代溶剂型三防漆的使用。本文主要介绍了水性三防漆的性能特点及其在家电行业线路板防腐领域的应用。
