From 1993 the reformation of housing commercialization,Chinese real estate industry have already experienced 20 years.Nowadays the macro economy relates closely with property industry so that it was eyed commonly on by domestic and aboard.As a pillar industry in macro economy,assessment sustainability of property industry will help to realize its development states,adjust the industrial policy,and moreover summarize the theory principle for Chinese real estate economy.According to industrial ecology,using the ecological network analysis method,the ecological chain of real estate industry was included by real estate listed companies,consultation enterprises,agency,and property management corporation.Then taking the emergy analysis method,built the real estate emergy analysis model,Xiamen city was carried as the case study.
