This study investigates how peers contribute ideas to 12 beginning teachers learning to solve classroom management cases in a wiki designed by using Learning Activity Management System (LAMS).Using the question prompts designed by researchers in this said wiki, the teachers who came from 10 different Singaporean secondary schools were scaffolded in their discussions related to problems identification (stage one learning activity),strategies proposition (stage two learning activity),and making decision of strategies to adopt for their cases (stage three learning activity). These teachers reflection logs and online scripts extracted from the wiki were analyzed qualitatively to explore peers contribution to the teachers learning to solve classroom management cases. The teachers and their peers problems identified, strategies proposed and strategies (accepted by peers) were analysed in terms of frequency and content. This paper also discusses the implication of the findings and recommendations for future research in designing collaborative, wiki supported learning environments.
