Now there is no need to emphasize how lethal cancer could become along with its cell evolutionary development.But it is necessary to emphasize that in fact it is the metastasis that kills most patients and unfortunately the process and its mechanism still remain unknown due to its complex process.We consider it is vital to understand the origin before talking about "stop cancer killing".And it may be possible to construct a FULL in vitro metastasis model for study, which has merits of flexible controls and easy observation.With this belief, our group is paying effort to construct an in vitro metastasis model based on microfluidics.
