【摘 要】
：
目的 探讨以掌骨背动脉岛状皮瓣修复手指中末节皮肤缺损的方法和疗效。方法 2012 年05 月至2013 年07 月，对21 例手指中末节皮肤缺损患者，于手背设计掌骨背动脉岛状皮瓣，以掌骨背动脉为蒂，以掌横韧带以远掌骨背动脉终末支与指总动脉吻合处为旋转点修复手指近指间关节以远皮肤缺损，供区直接缝合。
