Objective To observe effects of Zirconium on kindy damage in mice.Methods A total of 50 male Kunming mice according to the median lethal dose of zirconyl chloride were randomly divided into 5 groups, each group contained 10 mice: the control group (physiological saline) , 0.855 mg/kg (1/200 LDs0) , 1.71 mg/kg (1/100 LD50) , 3.42 mg/kg (1/50 LD50) , 17.1 mg/kg (1/10 LDs0).
