One of the ways to ensure sustainable development in the construction materials industry is the development and expansion of low Portland cement (PC) content binders production with low energy cost and natural mineral resources and using by-products and wastes of various sectors of the construction industry.The solution of this problem has been successfully implemented by replacing of PC by mineral additives and the development of blended Portland cements.
