乙型肝炎是一种严重危害人类健康的传染性疾病,而且给家庭、社会带来沉重经济负担[1].乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)有多种基因分型,不同基因分型之间存在致病性的差异,因此发展快速、准确、简单易行的HBV基因分型技术将具有重要的实用价值[2].
