近年来,男性不育、复发性流产的发病率不断升高,尽管原因复杂,但精子中遗传物质的稳定性受到影响是因素之一。环境污染物可通过呼吸、饮食等途径侵袭机体,通过改变精子表观遗传,引起不育、流产,甚至影响子代生殖系统发育等。提出了应用中医药防护环境污染物致精子表观遗传改变的思路。为中医药防护因环境污染物所致遗传物质的损伤及男性不育、复发性流产等的男方因素的研究,提供新的思路和方法。
