The paper highlights the problems of remediation of black earth sails at the gas industry facilities of the Russian South contaminated with HC condensate and methanol.Field tests have shown that HC destructor PICSA-VNIIGAS preparation allows not only to carry out remediation of contaminated soils but also to serve as an indicator of the efficiency of their recultivation.Optimal dozes of the PICSA preparation introduced into soil and a complete plan of performing investigations have been defined during the field tests.At extraction,transportation and primary processing gas incidents of soil pollution by a gas condensate or such hydrateformed inhibitor as metanol (strong toxic substance with sharply expressed cumulative action) are not excluded.The given substances which have got in soil drifting or under action of an atmospheric precipitation migrate in reservoirs or subsoil waters that is especially dangerous at their use for the economic-drinking purposes.So,the irrigation of the lands by such polluted waters is negatively reflected in quality of agricultural production received on them.At such emergencies there is a necessity urgent remediation of polluted soil,as the basic accumulating medium of terrestrial ecosystem.Meanwhile the analysis of the special literature shows an opportunity of use for this purpose of the bioprepations representing the dried up active biomass of bacteria-destructors for hydrocarbons and which suspensions recommends to process the polluted soil on special technology.However special conditions of an operating time of a bacterial biomass,limitation of a range of gas condencate or metanol concentrations which comprehensible for microbic destruction,duration of this process,problematical character of application of present biopreparations in extreme soil-climatic conditions and a number of other factors and conditions do not presume to apply widely enough this means remediation of polluted soils at territories the undertaking of the gas industry.In our opinion,the most rational should be use of such a biopreparation as supercompost ~PIKSA,prepared by special technology from bird and animal wastes,peat and special bioadditives,which owing to the advanced surface and presence hydrocarbonoxidation microorganisms can serve not only a highly effective sorbent that is important,but also hydrocarbonic destructor.The special place at remediation of polluted soils occupies the control of efficiency of process of their clearing from contaminants.It is possible to attribute to number of such ways the enzymatic indication which is carried out by definition in remediating soil especially of activity of enzymes accepting direct participation in oxidation of hydrocarbons is catalase and dehydrogenase.If the first enzyme oxidizes hydrocarbons of a gas condensate or metanol with participation of peroxide of hydrogen,the second-through reaction dehydrogenation these substances.The fact of full decomposition of hydrocarbons is established on alignment of values enzimatic activity of remediating soi with a level of activity of control pure soil from a background site.In connection with above told on the foreground there is a question of careful development of the circuit of stage-by-stage carrying out of tests the remediating agent,as in laboratory and field conditions.In the first case,in controllable aerohydrotermal regime operatively can to receive the information,in particular,about optimum dozes of this agent brought in soil polluted with hydrocarbons and to develop tactics of carrying out of the further field tests.Essential addition to the last is sowing of perennial grasses seeds which can become not only the indicator of clarification of soil from hydrocarbons can be,to accept direct participation during them remediation and an obvious parameter of their efficiency of recultivation.In a result precisely formulated remediation technology the polluted soil with the help of the corresponding agent can be offered on arms to the undergoes of the gas industry.
