Revelation of regimes of oscillatory behavior in catalytic processes may lead to new insights into the reaction mechanisms and achieve a better understanding of the operation and improvement of the practical catalysts [1].Oscillatory behavior during the partial oxidation of methane (POM) has been observed on supported Pd, Co, Ni and Rh [2, 3].Our recent studies showed that the oscillations can also occur on the Ru catalyst supported on A12O3.
