目的加强中心储血室的管理和质量控制,保证临床用血安全可靠,使血液始终处于冷链之中。方法依据“两规范”要求,本中心质控科自2005年以来,每年2次对6个中心储血室进行质量控制和管理。结果通过几年来实施的质量管理和控制,不断地发现问题,不断地逐步加以解决。结论通过几年的管理和质量控制,区域性中心储血室的工作不断完善,逐步规范,技术水平不断提高,确保了临床用血更加安全。
Objective To strengthen the management and quality control of the blood bank in the center so as to ensure the safe and reliable use of clinical blood and keep the blood in the cold chain all the time. Methods According to the requirements of “two specifications”, the quality control department of the center has been performing quality control and management of six center blood storage rooms twice since the year of 2005. The results through the years of implementation of quality management and control, continue to identify problems and continue to gradually solve them. Conclusion Through years of management and quality control, the work of the regional center blood storage room has been continuously improved, gradually regulated and the technical level continuously improved to ensure the clinical blood supply is safer.
