Objective: to explore the peri-procedural complications of interventional embolization for patients of aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Material & Method: in total 178 cases of SAH undergone embolize procedure last 2 years were analyzed retrospectively, the correlation between multiple factors (Hunt-Hess stage, onset time, age, aneurysm site and embolize modality) and procedure-related complications (infect, thrombosis, dissection, embolus, re-bleeding) were investigated.Result: peri-procedural complications were more encountered in cases with Hunt-Hess stage 4, stent-assisted embolize, and Willis circle non-involving.Gender, age and onset time did not contribute to complications. Conclusion: SAH patients might benefit from early intracranial aneurysm embolizaion on basis of ready status.Extra attention should be paid to cases requiring stent-assisted embolize and intracranial aneurysms with Willis circle non-involving.
