目前我国铁路客运专线主要是32m(24m)简支混凝土箱梁,采用预制和现浇两种施工方法。移动模架施工是实现对混凝土箱梁原位现浇,逐孔成桥施工工法。移动模架包括制梁、脱模、支腿自移、模架纵移。该移动模架造桥机自下而上由墩旁托架及支撑,支承台车,主梁,横梁,前导梁,配重,底模,侧模及支撑,前、中、后扁担梁,防台风装置,安全设施,内模系统,液压系统,电气系统等组成。其施工过程包括安装墩旁托架及支承台车、主
