As one of important transition metal chalcogenides,molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)generally crystallizes with a hexagonal lamellar structure(S-Mo-S).These lamellar-type structures have attracted considerable interest because of their extreme electrical property,which could be widely used as the carrier of electron transport in the field of gas sensor,solar cell,electrochemical hydrogen storage,etc.However,preparation of nanostructured MoS2 suffers from the fact that it is hard to get stoichiometric MoS2 during the spontaneous and controlled growth,especially for wet-chemical methods.
