The carrying manipulator,whose efficiency and operational stability play a decisive role in packing,is a crucial part of the sound-absorbing board packing device.Excessive starting acceleration of manipulator in traversing process will give rise to the sound-absorbing board slip and wear.Additionally,when the natural frequency of carrying manipulator gets close to the exciting frequency of motor,the carrying manipulator will shake violently.Aimed at what have been mentioned above,software ADAMS and ANSYS had been carried out to simulate the manipulator in use.Then we got the important components force situation with acceleration time of 0.1s and the low-order natural frequency of key positions in return.Based on this,a parameter and structure optimization method was presented and verified in engineering practice under the same working conditions.Analysis and verification results indicate: The simulation results have a high consistency with the manipulator in actual use and have a vital engineering significance to guide the installation and commissioning works on-site.
