在当代有机合成中,有机磷试剂在有机新反应、新试剂与新方法的研究中扮演着非常重要的角色,有机合成上的许多突破都与新的有机磷试剂或磷配体的发现密切相关.同时,有机磷试剂在生命科学、药物化学和材料化学当中也有着广泛的应用.因此,发展简洁、高效的碳-磷键构建的新反应、新方法一直是化学家们研究的热点和挑战之一.近年来,过渡金属催化的C-H 键活化及其官能团化反应以其步骤经济性、过程更加绿色、环保受到了人们的高度关注,成为目前研究的热点之一.在过去的五年中,我们课题组通过过渡金属催化的脱氢偶联反应实现了一系列C-P 键的构建,发展了一些更加简捷、高效,高选择性的符合绿色化学发展的新反应、新方法,并应用到功能性有机磷化合物和有机磷新试剂的合成当中(Fig.1).此外,我们利用二苯基磷氧作为导向基团,发展了各种钯催化的C-H 键官能团化反应并应用到一些膦配体的合成当中.在我们的反应中,二苯基磷氧不仅作为底物的导向基团,而且也是产物中必不可少的一部分,克服了其它官能团导向后的脱除过程(Fig.2).
