If the garment enterprises decide to enter the online retail platform, there are three main implementation modalities. In accordance with the retail stage of development of the corporate network, it falls into three categories: the use of existing third-party network platforms, self-built network marketing platform and integration of online and offline retail channels. Garment enterprises decision plays a vital role for the entire sales and future market development. According to the analysis of efficiency and control over the management, this paper preliminarily builds the model and development strategy of garment enterprises online retail platform.
