　　Systematic desensitization was employed with a patient exhibiting chronic paruresis,and cognitivetherapy,self-confidence training were assisted.The client performed the imaginary desensitization and the actual desensitization successfully.The urination disorder of the client has been got rid of,and self-confidence was proved obviously.He is getting better in mood and school study.
