In this paper, a conductive polymer composite was fabricated by the in-situ polymerization of styrene (PS) filled with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT). The percolation behavior of the MWCNT/PS composite and its resistance responsiveness in organic vapors were investigated. The experimental results showed that the MWCNT/PS composite obtained has a weak PTC and NTC effect. It has a good resistance responsiveness in organic vapor THE This composite is promising to be used as a gas sensor to detect, distinguish and quantity organic vapors.
