Integration of LCD and in-cell organic devices with multifunctional applications

　　Stacking liquid crystal device (LCD) with in-cell organic devices (such as organic light-emitting device (OLED) and organic solar cell (OSC)) on glass or flexible substrate exhibits multiple functions which can be used for smart display and window applications [1].In this presentation,we will report the fabrication process and device design of such an integrated device.Recent progresses and future trends will be also discussed.
