Cr对高硅钢组织及性能的影响研究

高硅钢具有优异的软磁性能,但其室温脆性严重.本文主要研究了添加不同含量的Cr对高硅钢组织、有序相及性能影响.通过常规的热轧与温轧工艺制备了厚度约为0.3mm的不同Cr含量的高硅钢薄板,且温轧温度低于600℃.利用金相显微镜和透射电镜分别观察了高硅钢的微观组织和有序相,并测量了高硅钢的显微硬度和磁性能.试验结果表明:适量Cr的添加能改善高硅钢的可轧性,制备出较宽且板型较好的薄板.Cr的添加能有效细化高硅钢的晶粒,Cr含量越高细化作用越明显,同时能降低高硅钢的长程有序度和显微硬度.含Cr高硅钢可轧性的改善归因于晶粒细化和长程有序度降低的综合作用.但是,Cr的添加使高硅钢的磁性能劣化,尤其是使铁损值增大.
