Objective:To investigate the role of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling in proliferation and function of memory T cells.Methods:The nave and memory T cells were then used to examine the expression of mTOR and IFN-γ by quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).Memory T cells were co-cultured with mTORIs in vitro for three days to examine the expression of IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γ,IL-10,Bax and Bcl-2 by qRT-PCR.The effect of inhibiting mTOR signaling on the apoptosis and proliferation of memory T cells was also examined by FACS.
