Purpose:Breast cancer is one of the most common causes of cancer death for women in the world.Thus,itis important to finding breast cancer at early stage before it starts to cause symptoms.X-ray mammographyhas been a gold standard for breast cancer screening in normal risk women for early breast cancer detection.Mammography has an excellent detectability of breast cancer while it has low capability of quantitativecomponent analysis.The composition of breast cancer is crucially important clue whether it is malignant orbenign.Therefore,it is necessary to verify material composition in breast cancer.To resolve this problem,we tested three material decomposition and quantitatively analysis in dual energy mammography by usingsimulation study.
