花生是重要的食物过敏原.花生过敏反应因其潜在的危险性、长期性以及不断增加的发病率而日益受到重视.本研究总结了20个花生过敏病例.对花生过敏原进行了聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,并对8例进行了免疫印迹分析.结果花生过敏原含有14条蛋白区带,其中以63kD、41、7kD、39kD、34.8kD、17.9kD等5条带蛋白含量最丰富.花生过敏原中有8种蛋白能与花生特异性IgE结合,它们是63kD(recognized by 4/8 sera)、48.5kD(recognized by 5/8 sera)、41.7kD(recognized by 4/8 sera)、23.5kD(recognized by 4/8 sera)、17.9kD(recognized by 4/8 sera)、34.8kD(recognized by 1/8 sera)、39kD(recognized by 3/8 sera)、53kD(recognized by 3/8 sera).
