　　Objective:To evaluate the effect of pulsatile perfusion on heart and lung transplantation.Methods:Two patients who underwent heart and lung transplantation were reported.Pulsatile perfusion was used from the aortic artery blocking to the recovering of the heart beating.Blood pressure,wave of the radial artery,SpO2,urine output,blood gas analysis were taken to evaluate the effect of pulsatile perfusion on the haemodynamics,peripheral circulation and kidney perfusion.
