The nanoparticle luminescence upconversion nanoparticle with highly efficttive upconversion luminescence is synthesized and assymbled with the molecules of antibodies and photosencsitizer to develop,validate and optimize a highly efficient,economic and convenient method for the early diagnosis and therapy of cancer based on luminescence up-conversion and singlet oxygen generation,and to understand the physical and chemical dynamics involved.
