目的：2011年上海交通大学医学院循证医学课程尝试采用两种不同考试形式,进行对比分析,探索循证医学考试方法。方法：2011年循证医学必修课的八年制临床医学生244名。考试方式包括两种方式,英文班(185名)考试方式为课堂限时闭卷考试,根据标准答案统一评阅;法文班(58名)为课外开放式考试,撰写一份循证病案,提供5个临床病案,要求根据循证医学原则,从临床问题、查找证据、评价证据、应用证据和后效评价5
