Mitragyna speciosa Korth (MS) herb has been widely used traditionally as a remedy for many diseases and also misused as an addictive agent.Research related to its subacute toxicity changes are rare.The present study observed the histological changes following acute and subacute toxicity of MS crude extract in the liver of female Sprague Dawley rats using transmission electron microscope (TEM).

目的探讨透明质酸颜面都注射充填末后并发症及其治疗。方法：2007年7月～20t2年8月，分析68例接受透明质酸颜面部注射充填术后出现并发症的患者情况，其中女性65例，男性2例，年龄18～60岁，平均年龄36岁。透明质酸注射范围主要包括颜面部各种皱纹充填，小范围凹陷充填等。对注射后出现的各种并发症予以积极合理地处理，最后对结果进行分析、统计。结果：67例中，早期并发症包括局部红肿52例(78％)，
