在不改变氨基酸序列的前提下,对Cys C 的编码基因进行大肠杆菌同义密码子偏好性优化后,人工合成其序列,PCR 扩增Cys C 基因,其产物连接到pMD18-T 质粒,酶切并回收目的片段后克隆到表达载体pET-32a,然后将重组质粒pET-32a-CysC 转化大肠杆菌ER2566,大量表达后利用Westen Blotting 及ELISA 进行重组蛋白的活性及抗原性鉴定。
目的 探讨血清载脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)水平与糖尿病肾病患者之间关系。方法 选取198 例糖尿病患者，分为糖尿病肾病组86 例，糖尿病不伴肾病组112 例；另选取120 名健康体检者作为对照组。采用ELISA 法测定ApoA5 水平，并进行相关性分析。
目的：观察消化系统肿瘤患者的血清肿瘤相关物质(BXTM)水平，探讨血清肿瘤相关物质(BXTM)对消化系统恶性肿瘤患者(包括直肠癌，结肠癌，胃癌，肝癌，胆道癌)的诊断价值。
