Obejective :To find the strategy in diagnosis and treatmenet deal with the postoperative complications of augmentation mammoplasty by injecting PAHG.Methods:The clinical data and methods of diagnosis and treatment of 36 patients with complications induced by breast augmentation with PAHG injection were analyzed.Results :Imaging examination could clearly show the size, shape, situation and distribution of injectant capsule and its relationship with breast tissue.6 months to 2 years followed-up, all patients have satisfactory results to the operation.Conclusion:Imaging examination has great value in the diagnosis and treatment of the complications induced by breast augmentation with PAHG injection.The best therapy for the complications of PAHG injection is orphotic removing of the PAHG and the pathologic tissue.
