　　Cancer is one of the main causes leading to death,which seriously endangers human health and survival.Traditional chemotherapy relies on cytotoxic drugs to kill rapidly proliferated cancer cells as much as possible.However,since most of the cytotoxic drugs are non-specific,they could kill normal cells along with tumor cells,which causes severely damages to normal tissues and a variety of adverse effects,accordingly reduces the life quality of patients.In addition,the therapeutic effect of conventional chemotherapy against solid tumors,which account for more than 90% of cancer currently,is far away from validity.
