Influenza is a respiratory tract infection disease resulting in infections of millions of people every year1.The heterotrimeric RNA-dependent RNA polymerase of influenza viruses catalyzes RNA replication and transcription in infected cell nucleus,which plays an important role in the viral life cycle.
