The functionalization of many natural architectures is dependent on hierarchically inner nanostructures.Due to the structural features of double-decker phthalocyanine,the interfacial assembly of corresponding molecular building blocks can be natural mimicking for realizing different applications.For example,the air/water interfacial assemblies of phthalocyanine,especially double-decker phthalocyanines,can be sensors with high performances.And the room temperature chiral reorganization of the assemblies of achiral double-decker phthalocyanine was studied.These results open new possibilities for developing versatile functional devices from the assembly of double-decker phthalocyanines.
