人牙髓细胞成牙本质向分化相关circRNA的筛选及功能研究

【摘要】

：

目的：通过表达谱基因芯片技术及生物信息学分析人牙髓细胞成牙本质分化相关circRNA-mRNA 基因共表达调控网络图谱筛选出关键circRNA 并对其表达进行验证，构建稳定可靠的关键circRNA 表达抑制人牙髓细胞系，对circRNA是否通过调控成牙本质相关mRNA 及Wnt 信号通路来调节人牙髓细胞的成牙本质向分化进行体外细胞学功能研究。

目的：探讨牙髓血运重建术应用于慢性根尖周炎的年轻恒牙后牙疗效方法：搜集2016～2018 年间在浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院治疗的慢性根尖周炎年轻恒牙后牙，记录患牙治疗前及治疗后3 个月、6 个月、12 个月的影像学情况、临床症状，比较治疗前后患牙根尖病变愈合情况及根尖孔大小、根管壁厚度变化情况。
