ZnO,SnO2,as typical functional n-type semiconductors,have attracted great research interest owing to their unique properties as gas sensors.[1-3] In order to satisfy the increasing demand in gas sensors for high quality application,it is of great importance to further improve the sensor performance,including lower detection limit,higher response,faster response-recovery time and better selectivity.
